First off I'm going to comment on the packaging. It's pretty typical for a Pantene product. Sleek cylinder container with a nice looking pump and a cap. There's 151mL (5.1 FL OZ), so a decent amount of product and depending on your hair length, the recommended amount is 1-2 pumps. The product comes out nice and controlled. There's no spitting from the pump, or blockage which is great. It has the signature Pantene smell that you'd expect if you've ever smelt any of their other products. Quite pleasant, but not overwhelming. The texture is surprisingly nice too. I expected it to be sticky or tacky but it was more like a lotion. It wasn't ridiculously runny so when I had some on my hand I didn't have to work super fast before it ran off my hands. I ran it through my hair using my fingers like a comb, and concentrating it on the end of my hair, and it didn't feel greasy or heavy. It felt, and smelt quite nice. As though I didn't have anything extra in my hair. I went to bed after letting it soak in a bit, and when I woke up, boy, was I happy! My hair was so soft and so shiny. I don't know if it made my split ends any better, but it did make me hair feel, and look amazing. Who would have thought!? I'd always heard not so good things about Pantene, but this BB hair cream has made me think twice. I honestly love this product so much. Such a transformation on my dry, over processed hair. I didn't think anything would fix this mess after how much I've put it through. And trust me, it's been through a lot. To the point I don't even know my natural hair colour. So all in all, this is a big thumbs up for me. And I believe it was around $12 at my local drugstore. A little pricey, but so worth it in my opinion. If your hair is suffering, it can't hurt to give it a try!
